Bryna S. Klevan
Attorney Bryna S. Klevan is an experienced family law attorney helping people navigate through the divorce process in Massachusetts. From the initial interview, through final judgment, Attorney Klevan works with clients to help develop the right approach for the client’s needs.
Whether it be providing support for mediation, working within the collaborative law model, or through traditional litigation, Attorney Klevan provides each client with the information and advice tailored to his or her own family situation. A graduate of Brandeis University and Suffolk University Law School, Attorney Klevan has been a Newton resident since 1988.
Gerald S. Frim
Attorney Gerald S. Frim, of counsel to the firm, is a litigator with over 25 years of broad experience in insurance coverage and bad faith (including data privacy and cyber insurance), commercial and tort litigation, construction defects, general business law and disputes, alternative dispute resolution, and risk management, both in California and Massachusetts. Attorney Frim has worked in both the private and non-profit sectors, representing insurance companies, financial institutions, real estate developers, and a variety of small businesses and individuals in litigation and transactional matters.
He is admitted to practice in all courts in Massachusetts, California and New Jersey, and before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. A native of Newton, Massachusetts, Mr. Frim did undergraduate and graduate work at the University of Pennsylvania, and received his law degree from Penn Law School.
Mary J. Bussell
Mary J. Bussell is a certified paralegal who is an integral part of the legal team of Klevan Law Office, P.C. Mary supports clients throughout the process from intake to helping prepare required forms for the court process. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Mary worked in the banking industry.
